I visited Wildstone for a mini retreat, the location is absolutely stunning and secluded enough to make you feel like you’re far away from it all. There were cosy fires to keep us warm and we did a yoga session under the huge shelter as the rain fell around it – that itself was a wonderful experience. We then got cosy and lay down under blankets for a relaxing sound bath to complete the morning.
I was made to feel very welcome at Wildstone and I cannot wait to return.

A magical, wild, Autumn Equinox Retreat out in the elements, shared with some wonderful women. We sat by the campfire with hot drinks and vegan treats, were guided through yoga practice, took a grounding barefoot walk over stone and long grass, and drifted into deep relaxation with a soundbath.
The misty, rainy morning and autumnal landscape made it all the more atmospheric. I felt so rested and positive after spending time at the retreat.

Thank you for a wonderful opportunity to spend time in nature at Wildstone. The day was a thorough reset of the mind body and soul. I loved the different elements of the day that focused on different methods of restoring oneself. The location is both dramatic and comforting. The old quarry sat strong and protective over the amazing people seeking a safe environment to feel for themselves again. There is some ancient energy in the landscape and walking barefoot across the winding, Winberry lined paths allows for connection to that energy.
The covered yoga in the rain was a novel experience for me. The rhythm of the rain drops beating a meditative beat to our yoga moves. The uneven surface challenging our balance whilst adding the chance to laugh at ourselves. Next the sound bath. I always enjoy a sound bath and this was my first ever outdoor one. It definitely hits different outdoors! It’s a stronger experience as you lie warm under your blankets in the cool outdoor air. The sounds waves mixing with bird song and rustle of trees above. The snacks and drinks were delicious, especially the date balls which have now become a firm favourite at home.
If you’re looking for a chance to clear the mind and spend some very precious time focusing
on your own wellbeing then Wildstone is where your path should lead you. Let it open your mind to knew experiences and ideas even for a brief moment. Enjoy the self indulgence of
thinking only about you in this stunning setting where you will leave feeling replenished.

Wildstone was absolutely fabulous – from the dramatic natural setting, to the yoga, to
the delicious snacks – there was nothing Esther hadn’t thought of. It was a peaceful
haven that gave me a few hours to recharge and fully immerse myself in nature – a
complete contrast to the busy treadmill of day to day life. I would whole hearted
recommend it!
